人β防御素-1、-2、-3表达水平与口腔鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征间的关系
Relationship between hBD-1,hBD-2 and hBD-3 Expression and Clinicopathologic Characteristics of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:研究人β防御素(humanβ-defensin,hBD)-1、hBD-2、hBD-3的表达水平与口腔鳞癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测了hBD-1、hBD-2和hBD-3在60例OSCC中的表达,软件测定其平均光密度值(mean optical density,MA),并分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:中分化和低分化组中hBD-2和hBD-3的MA值显著低于高分化组(P<0.01)。伴有淋巴结转移组hBD-2的MOD值显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。肿瘤直径≥2cm组hBD-3的MOD值显著低于肿瘤直径<2cm组(P<0.01)。结论:hBD-2的蛋白表达与OSCC的分化和淋巴结转移相关,hBD-3的蛋白表达与OSCC分化和大小相关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of human beta defensin(hBD)-1,hBD-2,hBD-3and clinicopathologic characteristics of oral squamous cell cancer(OSCC).Methods:In this study,immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the hBD-1,hBD-2and hBD-3expression in 60 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma.The mean optical density(MOD)of immunohistochemical staining was measured.The relationship between the immunohistochemical results and clinicopathological characteristics of OSCC was evaluated.Results:The expression of hBD-2and hBD-3in OSCC patients with moderate differentiation and patients with poor differentiation were significantly lower than patients with well differentiation(P<0.01).The MOD of hBD2 immunostaining in OSCC patients with lymph node metastasis was significant higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The MOD of hBD3 immunostaining in patients with larger tumor size(≥2cm)was significantly lower than that in patients with smaller tumor size(<2cm)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of hBD-2could be associated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.The expression of hBD-2could be associated with differentiation and tumor size of OSCC.
