【摘要】 目的:对窝沟封闭术预防我国儿童第一磨牙龋病的效果进行评价。方法:计算机检索CBM、CNKI和万方数据库中关于儿童第一磨牙窝沟封闭对预防龋齿发生作用的研究文献,文献检索时限为2004~2014年。根据循证医学的纳入和排除标准,选择符合标准的研究,使用RevMan 5.2进行meta分析。结果:共纳入21篇随机对照试验(RCT),经过Meta分析:1年后经窝沟封闭的牙齿患龋率低于未经窝沟封闭的牙齿:相对危险度(RR)和95%可性区间(CI)为0.12[0.07,0.19];2年后经窝沟封闭的牙齿患龋率低于未经窝沟封闭的牙齿:相对危险度(RR)和95%可性区间(CI)为0.19[0.12,0.30];3年后经窝沟封闭的牙齿患龋率低于未经窝沟封闭的牙齿:相对危险度(RR)和95%可性区间(CI)为0.21[0.16,0.28]。结论:在较短的观察期内窝沟封闭术能够降低龋齿的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of pit and fissure sealant on caries prevention in our country.Methods:We searched cochrane CBM,CNKI and WANFANG datebase for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about pit and fissure sealant on caries prevention published in 2004~2014.The quality of RCTs was critically appraised and extracted,and performed meta-analyses by using the RevMan 5.2software.Results:21studies met the inclusion criteria.The results of meta-analyses showed that:After one year of pit and fissure sealing the teeth which had accepted pit and fissure sealant had lower caries prevalence rate,the RR and 95% CI were 0.12,0.07-0.19.After two years of pit and fissure sealing the teeth which had accepted pit and fissure sealant sealing had lower caries prevalence rate,the RR and 95% CI were 0.19,0.12-0.30.After three years of pit and fissure sealing the teeth which had accepted pit and fissure sealing had lower caries prevalence rate,the RR and 95% CI were 0.21,0.16-0.28.Conclusions:The current evidence indicated in the short run pit and fissure sealant can reduce the rate of dental caries occurrence.更多还原
