【摘要】 目的:探讨iRoot BP作为根尖倒充填材料在根尖手术中的疗效。方法:对形成根尖周炎的比格犬(beagle犬)的下颌前磨牙行显微根尖手术,60个根管随机分为2组,分别用iRoot BP和MTA作为根尖倒充填材料。根据X线片判定标准评价术后疗效,统计术后1年手术成功率。结果:术后1年的成功率,iRoot BP为90%,MTA为93%,两种材料的疗效比较无统计学差异。结论:作为倒充填材料,iRoot BP与MTA的临床效果类似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of iRoot BP as root-end filling materials during periapical microsurgery in animals.Methods:The mandibular premolars of 5beagle dogs were selected for study.Experimentally periapical lesions in teeth of dogs were induced,root canal therapy and micro-surgery were made.60canals were divided into two groups,iRoot BP or MTA was randomly used as root-end filling materials.The success rate of 12 months post-operatively was statistical analysed according to imageology.Results:The success rate of iRoot BP was 90%and that of MTA was 93%in 12months post-operatively.The success rate of of iRoot BP was not significantly different with that of MTA.Conclusion:As root-end filling materials in amimal study,MTA and iRoot BP had the similar clinical effectiveness.更多还原
