量子点荧光探针检测cN0舌鳞癌颈淋巴结微转移的研究

【摘要】 目的:应用特异性量子点荧光探针检测临床颈部淋巴结阴性(cN0)舌鳞癌颈部淋巴结微转移情况,比较其与免疫组化和HE染色标记转移灶的精确度。方法:用量子点荧光探针、免疫组化染色和HE染色3种方法检测39例舌鳞癌患者的586枚颈淋巴结标本,分析其微小转移灶检出率。结果:量子点荧光探针、免疫组化染色和HE染色检测颈淋巴结微转移阳性率分别是33.33%(13/39例)、25.64%(10/39例)和10.26%(4/39例),量子点免疫荧光法检出率明显高于其他两法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:量子点探针荧光检测技术可应用于舌鳞癌颈部淋巴结微转移的检测。

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the application of quantum dot fluorescent probe in detecting occult metastasis in cervical lymph nodes from tongue squamous cell carcinoma patients.By comparing with the semi-continuous sections of keratin immunohistochemistry staining technique and HE staining technique,we intend to find if quantum dot fluorescent probe is a better way to detect the occult metastasis in cervical lymph nodes of tSCC.Methods:586 lymph nodes from 39TSCC patients were collected and detected by optical microscopy using quantum dots fluorescent probes and HE staining technique and semi-continuous section CK immunohistochemical staining technique respectively.Results:The detection rates of occult metastasis of the cervical lymph nodes tested by quantum dots fluorescent probes,semi-continuous sections of keratin immuno-histochemistry staining and HE staining were 33. 33%(13/39),25.64%(10/39)and 10.26%(4/39).And the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Quantum dot fluorescent probe,for its higher detection rates of lymph nodes metastasis,can be used in testing occult metastasis in cervical lymph nodes of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
