踝关节扭伤血流动力学静脉曲张疗效研究

【摘要】 目的:通过理论分析和临床观察研究基于动力学分析的剧烈运动导致的踝关节损伤的静脉曲张情况和治疗效果。方法:观测温度和反应时间变化对血流动力学的影响,得到血液动力学流的Q-PCR检测结果显示有显著性差异(P<0.05),各组患者的CXCR3随着加入的Fe3O4磁性微粒的变化而产生显著差异,对抑制因踝关节扭伤导致的静脉曲张具有疗效。结果:根据表观酶学参数比较,计算得到TH、SB及SBM的反应表观活化能力,结果分别为43.9、40.5、40.8 k J·mol-1。腈水合酶的催化反应速率和温度的关系测试值分别为((48.01±42.11)ng/m L vs;(136.33±72.12)ng/ml;(187.98±78.23)ng/m L,P<0.05),通过P-ERK静脉曲张强度通过血流动力学分析得到的踝关节扭伤恢复的磁滞回线,分析疗效性能。结论:踝关节扭伤极易导致司踝关节内翻产生静脉曲张和血液流变,导致受伤部位浮肿发炎,根据踝关节扭伤的血流动力学分析,对研究踝关节扭伤的血流动力学分析相关的附加症的治疗具有积极意义,临床效果较好。

【Abstract】 Objective:The ankle injury varices and therapeutic effects is researched through theoretical analysis and clinical observation on the effect of strenuous exercise based on dynamic analysis result. Methods: Observing the effects of temperature and reaction time on the hemodynamic changes, get the results of Q-PCR blood flow showed significant difference(P<0.05), each group patients have CXCR3 changes with Fe3O4 magnetic particles added and have significant differences,with the effect of variceal suppressed ankle sprain. Results: According to the apparent enzymatic parameters, TH, SB and SBM reaction apparent activation ability is calculated, the results were 43.9, 40.5, 40.8 k J/ Mmol- 1. Relationship between catalytic reaction rate and temperature of nitrile hydratase values were shown as((48.01±42.11)ng/m L vs;(136.33±72.12)ng/ml;(187.98±78.23)ng/m L, P<0.05), and it has varicose veins and blood rheology, resulting in injury edema.Conclusion:According to the analysis of hemodynamics of ankle sprains, positive treatment on hemodynamics of the ankle joint sprain is obtained, and it has good clinical effect.
