超声波与氯化铁联用改善污泥脱水性能的研究
Effect of Ultrasonic Combined with Ferric Chloride on Different Sludge Dewatering Process
【摘要】 以城市污水处理厂浓缩后的生污泥和熟污泥为研究对象,采用超声波与FeCl3联合预处理,研究其对污泥脱水性能的影响,主要考核指标为污泥比阻。结果表明,超声波与FeCl3联合预处理不论对生污泥还是熟污泥,污泥的脱水性能均得到改善,但对生污泥脱水性能的改善效果要优于熟污泥。当FeCl3投加浓度为1800 mg/L,超声波为6 min,0.3 w/mL时,生污泥的污泥比阻可降至0.24×10^9 s2/g,较单独投加FeCl3处理,污泥比阻可降低47%;而对于熟污泥,超声波2 min,0.4 w/mL,联合其最佳投药量2400 mg/L污泥比阻可降至0.48×10^9 s2/g,与单独投加FeCl3处理相比,仅降低7.4%。
【Abstract】 It describes the application of ultrasonic technique and addition of inorganic coagulants to enhance dewatering of excess activated sludge and digested sludge from the municipal wastewater treatment plant. The dewatering properties are characterized by specific resistance and the solid content of sludge cake. The experimental result reveals that the synergistic action of combined ultrasonic technique and FeCl3,significantly improve the performance of different sludge dewatering.The dewatering performance of digestion sludge is worse than activated sludge. For activated sludge,when FeCl3 is 1800 mg/L combined ultrasound(6 min, 0.3 w/ml), specific resistance of sludge can be reduced to 0.24 × 10^9 s2/g. Its Specific resistance of sludge is lower 47% than individual FeCl3. But for the dewatering of digested sludge,there is little difference between FeCl3 combined ultrasonic and individual FeCl3.
