【摘要】 老年人冬季运动时由于受气候因素影响,心脑血管参数会发生较大的变化,如何全面监测心脑血管参数,为老年人的心脑血管病提供预测和医治帮助对老年人的健康起着至关重要的作用。提出一种基于SPSS分析的冬季老年人运动心脑血管参数分析方法,采用SPSS分析老年人运动过程中的多种状态快走、慢跑、快跑等运动方式进行分析比对,监测老年人的心率与血压,结果显示,低气压气温下,老年人在运动中心率明显提高,心脑血管病的发病率较高,应注意适量运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cardiovascular parameters of the old people in winter sports changed greatly due to climate factors, so how to monitor the comprehensive of cardiovascular parameters with all aspect and provide forecasts and help cardiovascular diseases played important roles for the old people. The cardiovascular parameters analysis of old people in winter sports based on SPSS was proposed, the SPSS analysis of the old people in a variety of sports state was carried out, it was divided into exercise walking, brisk walking, jogging, analysis of running and other sports, the heart rate and blood pressure was monitored, the result shows that under low temperature and low pressure, the heart rate of the old people has rise significantly in the sports, the incidence of cardiovascular is higher, so it should be pay more attention.更多还原
