【Abstract】 Based on the present situation of young college teachers lack of help-class link and the practice train of the teaching process,according to the experiences in various kinds of teaching practice at many years, various feasible methods were explored in the college class practice.It is favourable to improve the ability of controlling classroom for young teachers.
