【摘要】 江苏省"十一五"以来制定了一系列的农村幼儿教育政策。这些政策的一个重要变化就是开始尝试打破"以社会力量为主举办幼儿园的格局",回归"政府主导,社会参与,公办民办并举办学体制"。这一政策转向,契合了当今江苏农村社会对幼儿教育事业发展的新要求,确定了江苏省农村幼儿教育事业发展的路线方针,为江苏省的农村幼教事业走向法制化、规范化道路打下了坚实的基础,但仍存在着一些缺失和不足,需要进一步完善和细化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the " eleven five",Jiangsu Province has developed a series of policies and laws to plan and regulate early childhood education in rural areas.A major change of these policies is to try to break the " the pattern of social forces mainly organizing kindergarten",and to return to " the government dominating,social participating,and held by public and private together".This policy shift is consistent with the new requirements of current Jiangsu rural community towards the development of early childhood education.These policies have determined the principles of early childhood development in rural Jiangsu Province,and hasve laid a solid foundation for the legalization and standardization of early childhood development in rural area.However,there are blank and defects in above mentioned policies and laws which need to further improve and refine.更多还原
