基于TRIZ理论的卓越工程师创新教育培养模式的研究
Research on Outstanding Engineer Innovation Education Training Mode Based on The TRIZ Theory
【摘要】 本科阶段"卓越工程师教育培养计划"应以创新教育为理念,当前高校开设的机械原理及设计课程,主要涉及产品详细设计阶段的内容与方法,对产品创新实现规律涉及甚少,为解决学生创造力和创新思维培养的问题,根据TRIZ理论的冲突、进化和效应三模块,通过对工程方案的分析,预测未来发展趋势,制定合适的战略,指导学生创新性的解决所遇到的发明问题,研究结果显示,技术创新满足机械类专业"卓越计划"要求的考核与评价标准,形成了新的理论教学、实验教学、实践性教学环节相融合的模块化教学模式。
【Abstract】 "Outstanding engineers training plan"for undergraduates should focus on innovation education. The current university mechanical principle and design courses mainly involve the detail designed products,seldom involve creative design. In order to solve the problem,according to"TRIZ "three modules such as conflict,evolution and science effect,the paper analyzed engineering cases,predicted future development trend,and made some right strategies to direct students with innovation theory to solve related problem. Research results shown that technological innovation examination and evaluation standard could meet the mechanical engineering"excellence initiative"requirements. And finally a new integrated mode of theory teaching,experiment teaching and practice teaching modular was put forth.
