【Abstract】 This paper expounds the features of clinical nursing staffs’ information demands and the current status of clinical nursing staffs’ utilization of library’s information resources, carries on the investigation and analysis on some factors influencing clinical nursing staffs’ utilization of library’s information resources, and based on the investigation results, develops a training plan for helping clinical nursing staffs to improve the utilization of information utilization rate.更多还原
