【摘要】 近年来高校图书馆危机事件频发,使危机管理成为学者研究的一个重要课题。有效沟通是高校图书馆危机管理的重要手段和核心内容,直接关乎危机管理的成败,在整个危机管理中占有重要地位。论述了有效沟通在高校图书馆危机管理中的作用,提出了高校图书馆危机管理沟通的4条原则,并针对不同的危机发生阶段和危机沟通对象,制定了相应的沟通策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The crisis events happening frequently in university library in recent years make the crisis management become an important research subject. Effective communication,which is an important method and the core content of university library’s crisis management,is directly about the success or failure of crisis management,and plays an important role in the whole crisis management. This paper discusses the functions of effective communication in crisis management in university library,and puts forward four principles of effective crisis communication of university library,and in the light of different stages of the crisis in different objects of crisis communication,formulates the corresponding communication strategies.更多还原
