基于单片机的数控直流电流源设计与实现
Design of Digital DC Current Generator Based on Single-chip Computer
【摘要】 针对目前数控电源存在的输出精度不高、工作状态不稳定的缺点,设计以单片机ATS89S8252为核心部件,由键盘、显示、DC/DC变换、A/D及D/A转换、I/V转换等模块组成的恒流源。采用双反馈调节系统及PWM集成芯片,自动调节单片机,实时地将预设值和检测值进行比较并调整,提高输出精度。仿真结果表明:采用此方法具有较高的控制精度。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the disadvantages of low output precision and unstable working state of digitally controlled power source in the market,this study designed a constant flow source composed of keyboard,display,DC/DC,A/D and D/A,I/V transformation,taking single chip ATS89S8252 as its CORE-BLOCK.It applies the double feedback control system,PWM integrated self-adjusting chip and single chip to carry out real time comparison and adjustment of preset value and estimated value so as to improve the output precision.The simulation results showed that:this method has high control precision.
