我国汽车板簧疲劳性能研究进展
Research on Progress of Automobile Leaf Spring Fatigue Properties in China
【摘要】 作为广泛应用在汽车中的板簧,疲劳性能研究是其失效中最重要的研究之一。我国主要是从板簧的设计、材料和热处理工艺研究、利用CAE技术疲劳分析及优化三个方面进行板簧疲劳性能研究,从而提高板簧抗疲劳性能,保证板簧的可靠性和行车安全性。
【Abstract】 Leaf spring is a widely used element in automobile, and study on its fatigue properties is of great importance which can cause failures. In China, we mainly research leaf spring fatigue properties from three aspects, such as design, material and heat treatment process study, using the technology of CAE fatigue analysis and optimization, to increase the leaf spring fatigue properties and to ensure the reliability and safety of the leaf spring.
