【摘要】 为建设世界一流的食品安全监管模式,加拿大食品检验署(CFIA)实施了加拿大安全食品行动计划、食品召回安全警告制度、人才培养计划以及检验现代化制度等一系列创新驱动机制来辅助食品安全管理工作,有效控制了各类食品安全风险并取得了良好的监管效果。研究CFIA食品安全风险创新驱动机制,力图结合中国的国情探索一条适合中国食品安全的监管之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To build a world-class regulation mode of food safety,Canadian Food Inspection Agency implements a series of innovative driving mechanisms,including the Canadian food safety action plan,food recall safety warning system,personnel training plan and the inspection system of modernization.Because of these innovative measures,Canada can effectively control the food safety risk and finally obtain the good supervision effect.This paper analyzes the innovative driving mechanism launched by CFIA and tries to explore the suitable Chinese food safety regulatory approach combining with the reality of china.更多还原
