【Abstract】 This paper took the auto lightweight industry technology innovation strategic alliance as the research object. Combining with field survey,the author analyzed the governance structure and mechanism from the perspective of network,and pointed the problems occurring in the process of governance. On this basis,the author built a new dynamic network governance mode,providing a systematic and comprehensive perspective for the continuous improvement and development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance.更多还原
