【摘要】 创新是经济增长的核心动力。当前国际社会主要经济体都把创新经济作为助推经济发展的主要力量,尤其是新兴市场经济体,更是把创新确立为国家战略以端显其重要性。其中影响创新内生增长的核心因素就是创新体系的机制设计。如何构建有效而激励相容的创新机制设计框架,是提高我国创新能力,推动国家步入智本经济的必要前提和根本保障。从激励相容的创新机制设计出发,结合美国成功经验和新经济增长理论,对构建并完善我国创新经济的机制设计和框架进行一些思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the key momentum of economic growth.Currently,the major economic communities in the world all consider Innovation Economy as a main force boosting economic development.Particularly in some developing economic communities,innovation has been established as their national strategies to emphasize its importance.However,Innovation Economy is a dynamic and coupling process full of uncertainty,which cannot be designed simply using the"top-level design"method.The core factor impacts the endogenous growth of innovation is the design of the innovation mechanisms.How to construct an effective and incentive compatible framework of innovation mechanism is definitely the prerequisite and the fundamental guarantee of a country to improve its innovation ability and to step into the intelligent-based economy.This paper focuses on the mechanism design of Innovation Economy,combining the international successful experience,to construct and complete the mechanism and framework of the Innovation Economy of our country.更多还原
