【摘要】 科技风险的防范和管理对于实现我国建设创新型国家具有重要的保障作用。在我国,科技保险作为转嫁企业科技风险的手段从试办至今作用有限。根据科技活动风险的特征绘制科技风险谱系,在对科技风险的可保性探讨的基础上研究科技保险的供需障碍;基于科技保险的障碍进一步提出企业科技风险自我管理在科技风险保障体系中的基础性地位,鉴于我国企业科技风险自我管理意识淡薄、技术手段有限、处置能力低下等问题提出改进建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prevention and management of science and technology risk plays an important role in realizing the construction of innovation oriented country. Science and technology insurance doesn’t work well enough. According to the characteristics of science and technology risk,risk continuum is drawn up to analyze the insurability. Based on analysis of science and technology insurance obstacles,this paper further puts forward that the enterprise self- management occupies the basic position in science and technology risk security systems. Finally Chinese related issues will be analyzed,and some suggestions will be advanced.更多还原
