【摘要】 知识具有情境嵌入性,自然的,作为知识活动之一的知识创新与情境因素关系密切。从情境表现的外在性和可描述性的角度架构以信任为中介变量、治理关系为调节变量,包含外显情境、内隐情境要素在内的知识创新绩效的概念模型。模型验证结果表明,无论是外显情境还是内隐情境,对知识创新绩效有显著的正向推动作用;同时,在内隐情境各要素中,以开放、敬业为特点的个性相近群体在浓厚的创新气氛中能减低因知识差距过大而对知识创新绩效带来的负面影响;另外,信任在情境影响知识创新的过程中有明显的中介作用,但这种中介作用在表征不同的科层控制程度的治理关系下其强度并不一致,一般而言,在注重平等、包容、沟通的治理关系中,信任对知识创新绩效的正向推动更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a result of the fact that knowledge is infixed in the context,the knowledge innovation,which is a kind of the knowledge activity,has a close relation with the context factor. In this paper,a conceptual model of knowledge innovation is given including the explicit and implicit context factor,the moderating effect of management relationship and the mediating effect of trust factor. The result of test shows that the explicit and the implicit context have an obvious direct push to the performance of knowledge innovation. And in the implicit context factors,a group with the similar personality of openness and devoting wholeheartedly to work will weak the bad influence brought by the knowledge difference in an atmosphere full of innovation. Furthermore,the trust factor has an obvious mediating effect in the process of the context factor influencing the knowledge innovation. But this effect shows the different intensity in the different management relationship. Generally speaking,the trust factor will push forward the knowledge innovation performance in a management relationship full of equality,trust and communication.更多还原
