【Abstract】 To investigate the effectiveness of these R&D investments,we make use of the DEA( Data Envelopment Analysis) models to evaluate the efficiency of R&D investments using Data from 1991 to 2008. Through analyzing the input and output by DEA approach,we can draw the conclusion that the efficiency of the R&D resources allocation is relatively low which presents the tendency of first rise then fall. The result of the present work implies that only enhancing efficiency of the R&D resources allocation,can we make our country into the innovation nation.更多还原
