【Abstract】 In this paper,authors analyze the factors of restricting value chain upgrading of manufacturing industries in Jiangsu based on the intellectual property right,and choose the indexes of reflecting value chain high-end,such as research and development capability,brand marketing service.Based on the data of Jiangsu statistics yearbook from 2000 to2012,authors study the factors influencing value chain upgrading and put forward countermeasure and suggestion.更多还原
