【摘要】 建设智慧城市已成为当前世界城市发展的主流方向。在阐释智慧城市内涵和特征的基础上,从对象、业务和信息三个维度构建其概念模型。基于对智慧城市的关键要素分析,对我国智慧城市进行实践研究,包括建设主体、业务应用和信息技术情况。研究表明,我国智慧城市建设由政府主导,企业和公众的主体作用尚需充分发挥;智慧城市工程应用范围非常广泛,应用的深度和智能化水平尚有待提升;新一代信息技术及其在城市中的普及、渗透和扩散将是进一步提升智慧城市的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction of smart city has become a mainstream of the world’s urban development. After a comprehensive review on smart city,a conceptual model of smart city is constructed from three dimensions of objects,functions and information,while the information dimension is instrumented,interconnected and intelligent. Based on smart city’ s key elements,smart city practice in China is analyzed from the aspects of main participant,engineering application and information technology. It shows that China’ s smart city is mainly government-led,while the role of enterprises and the public needs to been emphasized; smart city applications are wide,while the depth has yet to be improved; the new generation of information technology such as internet of things and cloud computing is crucial to enhance smart city.更多还原
