【Abstract】 The paper firstly introduces the main models and pathways as well as current situation of university technology transfer in China. It then analyzes the reasons and issues which result in low efficiency of technology transfer from universities to industries. Finally,some strategies and suggestions are put forward in order to promote university technology transfer,such as incubators establishing,institutional innovation,financial support,personnel training and intellectual property management in the whole process.更多还原
