【摘要】 采用文献计量法对CNKI全文期刊数据库中2004—2011年收录的食品安全研究文献的发表时间、获基金资助情况、著者、研究机构及期刊分布情况进行分析,研究我国食品安全的发展现状。进一步结合共词分析法与战略坐标对食品安全研究发展态势作战略情报分析,研究结果表明,当前我国食品安全领域共有11个研究热点,预测各研究热点的发展趋势,为食品安全战略决策与专业研究人员提供资料参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the data of CNKI as the statistical objects and using the method of bibliometrics,this paper analyzes the distribution of time,the foundation,the authors and periodicals of the papers on Food Safety published from 2004 to 2011. In order to analyze the current research of food safety in China,co- word analysis and strategic diagram are combined to conduct the strategic information analysis of the evolution of food safety,which discovers the eleven hot points in this field and predicts the development trend of the research.
