射频识别天线蚀刻技术工艺流程及其精益化管理研究
Study of The RFID Antennas Etching Process and Quality Control Management
【摘要】 主要研究凹印蚀刻制作射频识别(RFID)标签天线的工艺流程、天线过桥连接以及蚀刻技术质量控制管理问题。通过对RFID天线蚀刻工艺流程有效的全程跟踪质量控制管理,能进一步降低RFID天线制作的生产成本,提高天线品质,达到99.999%成品率。
【Abstract】 The article mainly introduces process technique、problem analysis,troubleshooting methods of the intaglio printing corrosion carvings to produce RFID label antenna,and introduces overbridge connection of RFID antennas. It conducte flex resistance and high and low temperature thermal test. The results show the resistance change from 3. 6Ωto16Ω,when the number of the flexure are less than 3 × 105,and the insulating layer bridge connection of the tag antenna has good reliability. Effective tracking quality control management of RFID antenna etching process further reduce production costs,and improve the antenna quality yield of 99. 999%.
