我国大陆在台湾地区专利活动分析
Analysis on Mainland’s Patenting Activity in Taiwan
【摘要】 以台湾当局"智慧财产局"2012年8月底前公开的我国大陆在台专利申请数据为依据,通过对专利申请总体趋势、专利申请人、专利技术领域等方面的分析,较为全面地揭示我国大陆在台专利活动特点,进而了解大陆在台专利申请的技术累积轨道和技术结构,为积极推动两岸技术发展合作提供分析依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the mainland’s patent applications published by TIPO,the paper reveals the features of mainland’s patenting activity in Taiwan from patent applications trend,applicants,technical field,which also provides a reference for technical cooperation of cross- strait.
