【摘要】 本文对一例大学生学习与适应心理问题进行案例分析,并对如何应对大学生学习与适应心理问题进行了对策探讨,提出了应对问题的干预疏导方式和策略。在建立良好咨询关系的基础上,咨询师通过认知疗法、合理情绪疗法,借助放松技术等帮助其修正了非理性观念,逐步解决了来访求助者的心理问题,并协助其完善心理品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a case study of a university student’s learning and adaption to the university curriculum, and on a research on the way how university students deal with the learning and adaption, this thesis proposes intervening methods and strategies to cope with the correspondent problems. On the foundation of establishing sound consulting relationship with students, a consultant resorts to the cognitive therapy, reasonable emotional therapy and relaxing techniques to solve the psychological problems of a student visitor and to assistant him to perfect his psychological quality.更多还原
