【Abstract】 The article analyzes current technological situations and knowledge-based service environment of Sci-tech novelty retrieval(STNR). It points out some problems of the current STNR, especially on the singleness of the service, the shallowness of the content, and the quantification of the management. In light of the current situations and these problems, the author proposes several areas of improvement: to emphasize the application of modern information technologies, to strengthen the innovation of various service modes, to start the revolution of new management styles, to enhance the quality of the entire service personnels and so on.更多还原
