【Abstract】 The infrastructure work of "emergency plan and emergency management institutions, mechanisms and legal system" has already done. However, as emergency management practice still lags behind in our country, the evaluation mechanism construction of emergency management is relatively not enough both in theory and practice. The aim of this paper is to research on emergency management performance evaluation mechanism of local government response to the city natural disaster. Firstly, related concept and its signifi cance will be described. Then, the primary problems existed in emergency management performance evaluation mechanism of local government response to the city natural disaster would be analyzed. Finally, the suggestions from six aspects to improve the emergency management performance evaluation mechanism of local government response to the city natural disaster would be put forward.更多还原
