【摘要】 目的收集北京大学人民医院疑似非淋球菌尿道炎泌尿生殖道标本130份,分析支原体感染的情况及耐药状况,帮助临床合理选用抗生素,提高疗效。方法对130份标本用支原体培养、鉴定、计数及药敏试验试剂盒(比色法)(Mycoplasma IST2)进行支原体的检测、计数及药敏试验。结果在130份标本中,检出支原体共59份,检出率为45.4%。解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)和Uu联合Mh的阳性率分别为42.3%(55份)、1.5%(2份)和1.4%(2份)。Uu对抗菌药物的敏感率分别为多西环素(100%)、四环素(98.2%)、交沙霉素(89.1%)、克拉霉素(87.3%)等。耐药率最高的是环丙沙星(73.4%),其次是氧氟沙星(47.3%)。结论在支原体导致的非淋球菌尿道炎中,主要由Uu引起(93.2%,55/59);临床治疗推荐使用多西环素、四环素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A total of 130 clinical specimens were collected from the patients who were suspected of nongonococcal urethritis(NGU)in People′s Hospital of Beijing University.The prevalence and antibiotic susceptibility of mycoplasmal pathogens were studied to help clinicians manage such infections more reasonably and effectively.Methods Comercial kit(MycoplasmaIST2)was used for culture,identification,counting,and susceptibility testing of Mycoplasmastrains.Results Mycoplasma was identified in 59(45.4%)of the 130 specimens.Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)alone,Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)alone and Uu plus Mh mixed infection were found in55(42.3%),2(1.5%),and 2(1.5%)cases,respectively.Susceptibility testing of 55 Uu strains showed that these strains were highly susceptible to doxycycline(100%),tetracycline(98.2%),josamycin(89.1%),and clarithromycin(87.3%).But these strains were mostly resistant to ciprofloxacin(73.4%),followed by ofloxacin(47.3%).Conclusions The nongonococcal urethritis caused by Mycoplasmais predominantly due to Uu(93.2%,55/59).Doxycycline,tetracycline,josamycin and clarithromycin should be recommended for clinical treatment of such infections.更多还原
