钾矿与不同钙质原料制备的硅钙钾肥中有效硅的性质对比研究
Comparative Study of Basic Properties of Available Silicon in Silicon-Calcium-Potassium Fertilizer Prepared from Potash Ore with Different Calcareous Raw Materials
【摘要】 以不溶性含钾硅酸盐岩石与不同钙质原料(石灰石、磷石膏和磷石膏钙渣)制备硅钙钾肥,并以水和柠檬酸溶液为浸取液,采用硅钼蓝分光光度法于680 nm波长处测定硅钙钾肥中有效硅的溶出率。采用正交试验设计法探索了影响硅钙钾肥中有效硅溶出的相关因素,对硅钙钾肥的使用和推广具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer is prepared from insoluble potassic silicate rock with different calcareous raw materials( limestone, phosphogypsum or calcium slag of phosphogypsum),water and citric acid solution are used as extracting solution,the available silicon dissolution rate of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer is determined by silicomolybdic blue spectrophotometry at 680 nm wavelength. Orthogonal experimental design method is used to study related factors influencing available silicon dissolution rate of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer, having a certain guidance meaning for use and popularization of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer.
