【摘要】 台湾乳白蚁Coptotermes formosanus是我国南方木材及其建筑结构最主要的有害白蚁,也是世界重要的入侵性物种。台湾乳白蚁兵蚁品级的量度特征是其描述鉴定的重要依据,本文对台湾乳白蚁兵蚁主要量度特征数据进行了整合分析,并就台湾乳白蚁11个地理种群兵蚁品级的主要量度特征进行了比较,结果表明台湾乳白蚁兵蚁的各量度特征值中,头指数、腰指数比较恒定,有利于台湾乳白蚁的形态学鉴定。指出了白蚁分类学研究需将形态学分类方法和现代分子生物学技术有机结合起来。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Formosan subterranean termite( FST), Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki( Isoptera:Rhinotermitidae),is the most important structural pest in China,and recognized as one of the most important invasive pest species. The measurement characteristics of C. formosanus soldiers are the most identification characters in taxonomy. In this paper, the measurement characteristics data of C. formosanus soldiers were integrated,and meanwhile 11 geographical populations of C. formosanus soldiers were compared,the results show that head index and waist index were fairly constant,and were more suitable for morphological identification. It suggests a combination of molecular and morphological approaches are necessary for termites’ taxonomy.更多还原
