高砷锑烟尘焙烧脱砷试验研究

【摘要】 高砷烟尘是铜、铅等冶金过程中产生的一种难处理副产物,回收其中有价金属之前,需要先脱砷。采用焙烧方法对高砷锑烟尘进行了脱砷预处理,考察了焙烧温度和焙烧时间对脱砷率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间120 min的条件下,采用流动空气,As、Pb的脱除率分别为41.51%和59.81%,需要进一步控制氧势以提高脱砷率。

【Abstract】 High arsenic and antimony smelting dust is one of by-products in Copper and Lead metallurgical process,which is difficult to be disposed. Arsenic treatment and removal for subsequent valuable metals recovery is necessary. In the paper,pretreatment of high arsenic and antimony smelting dust for arsenic removal using roasting method were conducted. The effects of heating temperature and time on the removal rate of arsenic and lead were investigated. The results show that arsenic and lead removal rates were 41. 51% and 59. 81% respectively when the experiment was conducted at 550 ℃ for 120 min in flowing air. Further controlled oxygen potential roasting process was required to improve the removal rate of arsenic.
