国际航行船舶军团菌监测研究

【摘要】 目的本次研究旨在了解军团菌在国际航行船舶中央空调系统、淡水管网及淋浴系统中的分布状况,综合分析国际航行船舶船员及旅客感染军团菌的风险。方法抽选50艘进入舟山口岸的国际航行船舶,采集其中央空调冷凝水、冷却水、淋浴喷头水,并通过PCR荧光定量分析方法对样品进行嗜肺军团菌核酸测定。结果 50个空调冷凝水样品未检测到嗜肺军团菌,20个中央空调淡水冷却水水样检测到2例嗜肺军团菌阳性,50个淋浴喷头水水样有3份样品嗜肺军团菌阳性。结论国际航行船舶淋浴系统军团菌及中央空调淡水冷却水污染较为严重,需引起足够重视,防止军团病爆发流行。

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to explore the distribution of Legionella in central air conditioning systems,fresh water pipe networks and shower systems in international navigation ships and thus assess the risk of Legionella infection among crew and passengers. Methods 50 international navigation ships arrived at Zhoushan Port are selected. The condensed water,cooling water in the central air- conditioning systems,as well as shower sprinkler water of these ships are sampled and tested for Legionella nucleic acid by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results None of the 50 air- conditioning condensed water samples are detected with Legionella pneumophila; 2out of 20 central air conditioning cooling water samples are found Legionella pneumophila positive and so are 3 out of the 50 shower water samples. Conclusion The shower systems and the central air- conditioning cooling water in international navigation ships seems to have serious Legionella pollution. And much attention should be paid to prevent the outbreak of Legionnaire’s disease.
