【摘要】 目的对溪黄草进行考证,并对药材溪黄草及植物溪黄草的性状鉴别法进行验证。方法对药材溪黄草及植物溪黄草两种植物的新鲜及干燥枝叶的性状鉴定方法进行验证。结果药材溪黄草原植物线纹香茶菜Isodon striatus(Benth.)Kudo及变种纤花香茶菜Isodon Iophanthoides var.graciliflora(Benth.)Hara与植物溪黄草Isodon serra(Maxim.)Kudo有显著差别,前二者具有传统溪黄草黄汁及红腺点特征,而后者无黄汁及无红腺点,容易鉴别。结论药材溪黄草和植物溪黄草采用此性状鉴定方法很容易鉴别出来,植物溪黄草是否可作为药材溪黄草使用值得商榷。此法简单直观,经济易行,有一定的使用价值。更多还原
