基于GIS的功能用地适宜性评价——以信阳市产业小镇为例
Suitability evaluation of functional land Base on GIS——A Case Study of Xinyang Industrial Town
【摘要】 按照生态保护优先的原则,综合自然地理、社会经济和生态安全等因素,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和多因子综合叠加分析法(MCE),利用GIS软件的空间叠加分析、空间缓冲分析功能,对产业区建设用地的适宜性进行定量分析。然后叠加区位条件,对工业用地、居住用地、仓储物流用地的适宜性进行深度分析,从而为产业区空间布局提供依据。
【Abstract】 Quantitative analysis was carried out on the industry district of construction land suitability based on the principle of ecological priority and combined with the natural geography, socio-economic and ecological security and other factors. Taking advantages of GIS’s spatial overlay analysis and spatial buffer analysis function. The paper mainly uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Comprehensive analysis of multi-factor overlay(MCE) and then superimposed geographic conditions to make a probing analysis of industrial land, residential land and warehousing logistics land’s suitability consequently to provide a basis for spatial layout.
