【摘要】 住屋自古有之,并伴随着人类社会前进的步伐不断发展,其形式受到自然、技术、功能、社会和文化等诸多因素的影响。由于居住系统内涵的丰富性和复杂性,任何单纯的机械决定论都无法全面解释住屋空间模式演变的动力机制。本文以现代集合住宅为例,通过分析其产生和演变的过程,指出推动住屋空间模式演变的动力机制是多重力量并存的整体驱动力,并在不同社会时期驱动系统表现出不同的结构性特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Housing exists for a long period and has a continuous development along with the human society progress.The housing form reflected by some factors just like nature,technology,function,social,cultural and so on.It is well known that the residential system is very plentiful and complex,so any simple mechanical determinism can not explain the dynamic mechanism of evolution of residential space pattern wholly and fully.The paper considers the dynamic mechanism to promote housing space pattern evolution is the coexistence of multiple power of the overall driving force In the difference social period,the driving system has different structural characteristics.更多还原
