【摘要】 通过对某超期深基坑的检测鉴定,综合现场勘验情况、降水方案、基坑支护方式及监测数据,分析了该基坑工程对周边建筑物的沉降影响。该基坑工程虽尚未影响到临近建筑物主体结构安全,但基坑变形已达到警戒值,基坑变形并未出现收敛趋稳趋势,应引起高度重视立即采取处理措施。实践研究成果将为此类工程的设计、施工和检测鉴定提供技术参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 After detection and identification of an extended deep foundation,the influence of the excavation on the adjacent buildings settlement is analyzed based on the monitoring data,dewatering plan and foundation pit support.Though the foundation pit engineering isn’t affected the main structure of the adjacent buildings,the deformation warning value of foundation pit warning is reached,and the deformation trend is not stable,so more attentions need be paid to deal with immediately. The conclusion from this article could provide technical reference for this kind of engineering’s design,construction and identification.更多还原
