某工业厂房栈桥柱碳化寿命评估
ASSESSMENT OF CARBONIZATION SERVICE LIFE OF TRESTLE COLUMN OF AN INDUSTRIAL FACTORY BUILDING
【摘要】 某工业厂房栈桥柱因混凝土保护层过薄,产生长度、宽度不等的锈胀裂缝,通过采用回弹法评定混凝土强度,对钢筋锈蚀取样分析,利用碳化寿命准则,根据理论与经验相结合的混凝土碳化深度随机模型,对该工业厂房栈桥柱碳化寿命进行分析,为混凝土结构耐久性评估提供依据。
【Abstract】 The protective concrete coating of trestle column of an industrial factory building is too thin and generates rusted cracks of different length and width.Concrete strength is determined by using rebound method and steel rust is tested and analyzed.Based on carbonization service life principle and random concrete carbonization depth model which combined relevant theories and experiences,carbonization service life of the trestle column is analyzed,providing reference for evaluation of durability of concrete structure.
