淀粉厂废水处理系统运行问题与解决措施
Problems and corresponding measures in a wastewater treatment system of a starch plant
【摘要】 针对安徽某淀粉厂废水处理系统采用调节—UASB—传统活性污泥法工艺时,存在出水氨氮过高、生化反应池泡沫和浮渣现象严重及沼气管道腐蚀的问题,从水质、工艺运行等方面对问题产生原因进行分析,提出了相应的运行管理和工艺改造措施,将原处理工艺改造为调节—沉淀—IC反应—中沉—气升内循环工艺,有效解决了以上问题,出水水质可稳定达到《淀粉工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 25461—2010)。
【Abstract】 There were some problems in an adjusting-UASB-traditional activated sludge process in a starch plant wastewater treatment system in Anhui Province including excessive ammonia nitrogen concentration,scum and foam in biochemical reactor,and corrosion of the biogas pipe.To solve these problems,this paper analyzed the cause from the aspects of water quality,process and operation.Through the upgrading of management and process,the existing process was modified as adjusting-sedimentation-IC reactor-secondary sedimentation-interior gas cycling process,which solved these problems effectively and the effluent water quality could meet the requirements of"Discharge standard of water pollutants for starch industry"(GB 25461-2010).
