超大型多水源原水输水工程调度系统的设计及探讨
Design and probe into the adjusting system for the extra-large multi-water source raw water transmission project
【摘要】 介绍了上海市中心城区原水供应系统调度系统总体设计思路及相关系统设计概况。结合智慧水网的发展趋势,以系统的安全、节能运行为出发点,以青草沙原水供应系统中的严桥支线为研究对象,探讨了如何进一步实现科学化智能调度的关键技术要点,用以实现调度目标的智能预测,调度方案智能优化,事故预案自动生成,系统健康自动评估,节能运行方案的自动生成及效果跟踪,最终实现原水调度综合管理平台的智能化。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the general design idea of the adjusting system for the raw water supply system of Shanghai center district and the general design of the related system.Taking into consideration of the intelligent water network developing trend and the safety and energy-saving of the system,this paper studied how to realize the key points of technology for the scientific intelligent adjusting system by taking the Yanqiao branch of Qingcaosha raw water supply system.As a result,the intelligent prediction of the adjusting system,intelligent optimization of the adjusting schedule,automatic forming of the back-up plan for the accident,automatic assessment of the system health,automatic forming of the energy-saving plan,and the result tracking would be realized.Finally,the intelligent comprehensive management platform of the raw water adjustment would be realized.
