【Abstract】 The paper discusses construction project financing performance evaluation system,verifies performance project financing,gives optimization scheme. Selecting 20 projects of construction listed companies as example,sets up "input,output" index. Appling C2 R and C2GS2 model of DEA estimates financing efficiency.
