工程系统分解结构在特大型桥梁项目管理中的应用研究
Application Research on the Engineering Breakdown Structure in the Major Bridge Project Management
【摘要】 工程系统分解结构(EBS)是大型工程项目管理的基础,首先将EBS运用到特大型桥梁的项目管理中,在对EBS的相关概念进行介绍的基础上,分析其与常用的工作分解结构(WBS)的区别以及在特大型桥梁全生命周期的发展变化;然后,鉴于EBS的应用离不开编码体系,对EBS的编码方法和作用进行分析;最后,以马鞍山长江公路大桥为案例,分析EBS在该工程全生命周期不同阶段的发展变化和编码体系的实际应用。实践证明,EBS的应用不仅利于特大型桥梁全生命期的管理,而且能提高其项目管理工作效率。
【Abstract】 Engineering breakdown structure(EBS)is the basic work for large-scale project management. With EBS applied to the project management of major bridges, This paper firstly introduces the concept of EBS. On the basis of which, the difference between EBS and the common work breakdown structure(WBS), As well as the development and changes of EBS in the life cycle of major bridge is analyzed. The application of EBS is inseparable from coding system, therefore the paper subsequently elaborates the coding method and its effects for EBS. In the end, combined with Maanshan Yangtze River Expressway Bridge project practice, the paper discusses the application methods of EBS at different stages of the project life cycle and the practical application of coding system. Practice has proved that, the applications of EBS is not only conducive to the major bridge life-cycle management, but also improve the efficiency of the project management related.
