【Abstract】 Based on the project management features of typical construction industrialization product-SI housing and the BIM advantages, the SI housing project management system were framed based on BIM, and at last the value flow of BIM in SI housing project management was analyzed. This study shows that, the BIM technology advantages and the project management features of SI housing fit well, and the BIM-SI housing building management system can effectively promote the integration and development of construction industrialization and construction informatization.更多还原
