【摘要】 为确定大型公共建筑可持续性指标的内在关系,采用半结构化访谈的方式采集数据,将大型公共建筑可持续性指标体系划分为经济、社会、环境、资源利用、健康与安全以及项目治理六个维度,运用解析结构模型(ISM)分析维度之间的驱动力或依赖性。结果显示,项目治理和资源利用的驱动力最强,最为基础和根本;经济指标、社会指标和环境指标的驱动力最弱。这一结果对于大型公共建筑的可持续实践具有一定参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the interrelationships between sustainability indicators of public funded projects, this research collected data through semi-structured interviews, divided the indicators into six aspects including economy, society, environment, resource utility, health and safety, and project governance, analyzed the data by Interpretive Structural Modeling to establish structural models among the six aspects. Results reveal that aspects of project governance and resource utility are the foundation of the system while indicators belong to economy, society and environment rely more on other indicators.更多还原
