【Abstract】 This paper is based on analysis of contract forms suitable for rail transit BT project, focused on the BT contract price and payment arrangement, and payment schedules influenced by payment patterns, investment and financing rate and external resource constraints are deeply discussed. Through example analysis, a comparison of different payment arrangements has been made. Some reasonable proposals of payment schedule are given in this paper, providing theoretical support for payment terms in repurchase contract of urban rail transit in our country.更多还原
