【摘要】 根据《绿色建筑评价标准》及《绿色建筑技术导则》,遴选与绿色建筑设计方案有关的评价内容,构建绿色建筑设计方案评价指标体系;在此基础上通过专家赋权方式确定综合评价各指标的权重,建立绿色建筑设计方案评价样本矩阵并构建评价模型。通过对灰色聚类系数的计算,可得出绿色建筑设计备选方案的评价结果,并通过实例分析检验该评价方法的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, some substances about green building design are selected to structure evaluation index system according to Evaluation Standard and Technical Guidelines for Green Building. And then, the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation is determined through expert weighting method. A sample matrix for green building design evaluation is given through empowerment and scoring by experts. And evaluation model is built employing whitening weight function according to characteristics of the assignment interval of evaluation indexes. Furthermore, the evaluation results of the options can be achieved by the calculation of grey clustering coefficients. Finally, an example is presented to test and verify the practicability of the evaluation method.更多还原
