【Abstract】 In conju nction with the related specifications in the Chinese seismic code,the structural characteristics and strengthening demands of school buildings are analyzed.For multi-floor masonry buildings,the base-isolation retrofit using laminated rubber bearings are introduced regarding the calculation,structural fortification measures,and construction procedures.Taking the base-isolation retrofit of a four-storey masonry school building with the seismic fortification intensity of seven as an example,the technical details and the techno-economic indexes are provided.更多还原
