自锁锚固预应力碳纤维复合材料受剪加固T形截面梁试验研究

【摘要】 为解决使用碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)受剪加固钢筋混凝土结构时CFRP易于剥离的问题,采用自锁式张拉锚固装置,并对碳纤维布施加预应力以提高其利用效率,改善加固效果。进行T形截面梁受剪试验,研究不同预应力水平、预载程度、混凝土强度等因素对受剪承载力的影响,得到不同条件下试件破坏形式、承载力以及CFRP各条带间应力不均匀情况。结果表明:采用施加了预应力的端锚CFRP条带对T形截面梁进行受剪加固,可克服纯粘贴体系的剥离破坏问题,大幅度提高梁的受剪承载力,并可延缓、限制裂缝开展,明显提高梁开裂后的刚度。提出加固后梁受剪承载力设计计算方法,并建议预应力水平的取值范围为(0.2~0.3)fcfk

【Abstract】 In order to avoid the failure caused by the debonding of carbon fiber-reinforced polymers(CFRP) in the shear-strengthening of reinforced concrete structures,and exert pre-stress on CFRP for higher use efficiency and better strengthening effect,an innovative device with which CFRP straps can be pre-stressed and obtain reliable end anchorage was developed and a series of experiments in which T-beams were shear-strengthened with this method were tested.Different levels of pre-stress,pre-load and concrete strength were considered as the influencing factors on shear resistance.Failure modes,shear capacity and nonuniformity of strains on different CFRP straps were also observed in the tests.The results show that failures caused by debonding of fabrics are overcomed and the shear capacities can be grown to a large extent in this strengthening system.Development of cracks is delayed and restricted with an obvious increase of stiffness after cracking.A design approach of shear capacity is proposed,together with a suggestion of prestress value range of(0.2~0.3) fcfk.
