部分包裹混凝土柱与型钢梁角钢连接节点组合体抗震性能试验研究
Seismic behavior on top-seat angle connections in partially encased concrete composite column-steel beam joint
【摘要】 为研究部分包裹混凝土柱与型钢梁角钢连接节点在反复荷载作用下的抗震性能,以螺栓直径、柱翼缘宽厚比、角钢厚度为主要参数,对6个部分包裹混凝土柱与型钢梁角钢连接节点组合体试件进行低周反复荷载试验,研究梁端荷载-位移滞回曲线、刚度退化曲线、耗能性能以及延性,分析节点的破坏形态、滞回性能、角钢应变与梁应变变化规律。研究结果表明:增大角钢厚度可以明显改善节点组合体试件的承载力,当角钢厚度由10 mm增加为12 mm时,组合体的最大荷载提高39.9%,当角钢厚度由12 mm增加为14 mm时,组合体的最大荷载提高19.8%;而螺栓直径只能在一定范围内改善节点组合体试件的抗震性能;柱翼缘宽厚比增加到压弯构件弹性临界值后节点仍然具有良好的抗震性能。
【Abstract】 For the study of top-seat angle connection behavior in partially encased concrete composite column-steel beam joint under the influence of earthquake,six models were designed and tested under low cycle reversed quasi static loading.The key parameters of the tests were bolt diameter,width-to-thickness ratio of column flange and angle thickness.The hysteresis curves,ductility,rigidity degradation,and energy dissipation of the six models were obtained.Their seismic behavior,failure mode and strain distribution law of every part were analyzed.Research results show that increasing the thickness of angel improves the bearing capacity of beam-column joint tremendously.As the thickness of angel increases from 10mm to 12mm,the bearing capacity of beam-column joint rises by 39.9%.As the thickness of angel increases from 12mm to 14mm,bearing capacity of beam-column joint rises by 19.8%.Blot diameter can improve bearing capacity to certain range.As the width-to-thickness ratio of column flange increases to the elastic critical point,the structure can still achieve outstanding seismic performance.
